So I think it’s safe to say that i’ve been using Gisou Honey Infused Hair Oil for about one month now. I wanted to write about how awesome it is so many weeks before, but I had to give it a fair bit of time to actually notice a difference.
When I moved to London my hair went crazy, in a bad way off course. I was experiencing hair fall and insanely dry hair, either from the weather or the water, or both. If you know me you know that I always had my own hair oil reciepes that I mix up, but somehow I decided to try this hair oil for a change.
Aside from it’s killer packaging that you can display on your dresser, it’s an amazing oil. I’ve always been fond of natural ingredients and natural oils.
I use this product in multiple ways, either before I sleep I apply 2 drops on the palms of my hands, rub and then apply it on my hair, from my scalps/ roots downwards. I don’t care if I apply a lot of it and if it turns my hair greasy because I use it as an overnight mask.
The other way I use this product is after I shower so when my hair is wet, I take only 1 drop into the palms of my hand and apply it on my hair ends and make sure its distributed evenly.
And finally I use Gisou hair oil on dry hair before using a straightening or curling iron, I apply less than a drop on the palm of my hands and apply it mostly at the tips of my hair and a little bit on my roots going downwards.
I noticed a difference in my hair, it feels more hydrated. Actually a lot more hydrated. Improved the health of my hair, and defintely protects it from all the environmental factors here in London.
Some may think that the product is overly priced, but honestly it can stay with you for a minimum of a year, the oil is super dense that a single drop of the oil can work your entire hair.
My hair grew longer and always has a shine to it. I love love this oil. It is part of my morning, night and everyday routine.
Thumbs up Negin
